Kinesio Taping:

A rehabilitative taping technique designed to facilitate the body's natural healing process while providing support and stability to muschles and joints.  It can be used to decrease pain and inflammation, relax overused or tired muscles, and support muscles in unrestricted movement. 

Hot Stone Massage :

A form of massage therapy that uses specialized smooth stones called basalt stones.  The heat from the stones allows for the release of muscle tissue at a greater intensity than with some other forms of massage that eases your body into a blissful state of relaxation.

Therapeutic Swedish Massage:

A relaxing full body massage using classic strokes such as effleurage, petrissage, friction and vibration that are tailored to meet your body's specific needs. 

Deep Tissue/Structural Integration:

A relaxing full body massage performed deeply and slowly, to your comfort level, to lengthen and release your muscles and alleviate pain.

Pregnancy Massage:

A specific technique designed to be done while lying on your left side to improve your circulation, take some of the strain off your muscles and joints, and generally re-energize you. Please check with your health care practioner before receiving a pregnancy massage if you have diabetes, have severe morning sickness or are vomiting regularly, have been diagnosed with preeclampsia or high blood pressure, have a fever or a contagious virus, or have abdominal pain or bleeding.  

Reflexology: (Added to any 90 minute session)

Manipulation of reflex areas in the feet that correspond to specific body parts and organs.

Trigger Point Therapy: (Offered during Deep Tissue Massage) 

A highly effective technique used to alleviate chronic pain and dysfunction in the muscle.  This form of treatment is done in three steps.  1. Stimulating the trigger point with ischemic compression.  2. Stripping the muscle fiber to increase circulation and remove mediators of inflammation.  3. Stretching the muscle to receive maximum benefits from the session.
